Greater Boston and the business community have much to celebrate when it comes to the accomplishments and leadership achievements of Gary Morton. I can say this with conviction because I have known Gary since 1992 when he was a junior at Hyde Park High School in Boston. That year I served as Chapter President of the Boston Chapter National Black MBA Association NBMBAA. Gary was a member of our second group of students participating in the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Program (LOT).

Walsh announced that he will appoint Rahn Dorsey his Chief of Education for the City of Boston. The newly-created position is reflective of Mayor Walsh’s campaign promise to implement a long-term strategy based on equity, access, accountability, transparency, and collaboration among all educational platforms in the City of Boston. “Boston is a city deeply rooted in education, and to create groundbreaking, innovative milestones in this world, we have to start making significant changes in the way we focus on education across the board,” said Mayor Martin J.
