Sharhea Wade, MBA
Sharhea is the Head of Global Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) North America at State Street Corporation. Reporting directly to the Chief Diversity Officer, she is responsible for developing and implementing I&D programs that promote State Street's strategic goals of being a destination for top talent with a diverse workforce and inclusive culture. In partnership with Human Resources (HR) colleagues, she manages a team that drives the delivery of I&D programs and services across the enterprise. She also oversees State Street's approach to I&D consulting with internal clients, engaging leaders with insights from qualitative and quantitative diversity data. 

She previously worked as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the CAO of State Street Corporation. In partnership with senior executives, she was responsible for managing the Corporate Administrative & Oversight organization, including business communications, recertifications, employee hiring, etc. She was also the Secretary for the Technology and Operational Risk Committee, a senior management level committee reporting to the Board of Directors. Sharhea began her career at State Street as an intern in 2008 and succeeded in various credit analyst roles within the Global Treasury Investment Portfolio team. Sharhea and team were responsible for managing the fixed-income investments, including deep-dive analysis, monitoring, and assessing the creditworthiness of the bank's global portfolio. 

Sharhea is an active community member who currently serves as the elected President of the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) – Boston Chapter and, most recently, the board of The Philanthropy Connection. She also served as the Executive Director of the Boston Chapter's Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Program for four years. 

Sharhea graduated from Bryn Mawr College, majoring in Economics and Boston University with a Master of Business Administration. In her spare time, she loves to read and sing until her lungs give out. She is originally from the beautiful, volcanic island of Montserrat, West Indies, and now resides in Roslindale, MA.

Ann Hurst, CITM

Supervisory Special Agent Hurst began her 32-year law enforcement career in Miami, Florida. She served as a Special Agent and Attaché in several domestic and international offices, including San Antonio, TX, Copenhagen, Denmark, Washington DC, Bangkok, Thailand, and Key West, FL.

While serving as a diplomat in Copenhagen, Denmark, her office covered Scandinavia, the Baltics, and Iceland. There she investigated various crimes, including Russian Organized Crime and Asian Organized Crime. Upon transferring to Washington DC in 2003, she served as a Unit Chief in the National Security Division, working with the FBI's Counterterrorism Division.

In 2004, she was promoted to a Deputy Assistant Director for Investigations, working in the Office of International Affairs. There she was responsible for developing and implementing the Visa Security Program, a high priority DHS counterterrorism initiative.
She then transferred to Bangkok, Thailand, serving as the HSI Attaché. She was responsible for the overall supervision and planning of HSI law enforcement activities in five countries in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, and Burma), with an emphasis on combating Human Trafficking and Child Sexual Exploitation. Working closely with foreign officials and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), the office successfully prosecuted numerous criminals for sexual crimes against children.

​After retiring from DHS/HSI, she worked for the Department of Defense as a Counter Threat Finance Intelligence Specialist. After leaving DOD, she worked for the National Park Service as a volunteer Park Ranger.​
