Even as a 31-year business owner and diversity professional, I am still in the learning mode. And when it comes to new terminology and preferred identity titles for sexual orientation and gender identity, it's a brand new ballgame for many of us.
Immediate Past National Board Chair of the Human Rights Campaign, Chris Flynn will walk us through the ins and outs of the LGBTQQIA Community (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Intersex & Allies). You'll also explore the issues around Gender Fluidity and how that impacts employees, colleagues, friends, and family.
